Tried a new Pre-Workout today.
It was a free sample, included with a purchase from BB.com earlier this year.
TASTE: *****
Love the taste! I usually use C4. To be honest, I like this better.
SOLUBILITY: *****
It mixes really well, with no powdery residue. I used the suggested amount of water, and simply mixed it with a spoon.
NUTRITIONAL CONTENT: ****
A bit high in calories for my needs. 30 Calories and 7g of Carbs.
EFFECT: ****
I will give it four stars, only because energy drinks usually have no effect on my workouts. The only drink that so far seems to increase my strength is Amino 5.0 from Human Evolution, when I drink it during my workout.
PRICE:
No stars because I did not pay for this. I wouldn't be able to assess the price per serving.
OVERALL: *****
I give this five stars. I would use again, though a bit high on calories.

This morning I sat down and wrote Ten Success Lessons I learned in 2015, after having lost 138 lbs.
I actually took the time to make a poster out of it. This may appear a bit geeky to some, but that's alright with me. I am quite excited and thankful with the results as this year comes to a close. I am also thankful to all who helped right here on BB.com!
