Squat Volume PR + Deadlift 10 lb PR for 5 reps. Been hitting my frontsquat hard and consistent for 8-9 weeks. Guess it payed off. like, comment, subscribe for more!

You're way stronger than me, so take this with a grain of salt. But on your hips shoot up when you come out of the bottom of your squat squat and that makes you lean forward a little bit, intern half good morning the weights up.
