Cars are a supply issue. It will get better when they start cranking out new cars.
Houses are probably affected by labor shortages and materials bringing up new construction costs, and new houses dragging up price of existing homes.
Both should get back to normal eventually, but inflation is heavily outpacing wages too so its a double whammy. Inflation won't roll back.Motorcycle crew

100% gonna be a housing crash within 5 years. Maaaaybe 7 years.
Prices are going thru the roof. Inflation has run amok. Plus my 60ish yr old dad keeps saying it. At first I disregarded it but not anymore.
Others keep saying there wont be because it was nothing like 2008, well hello, there are probably 10+ reasons that could cause a housing crash. Doesnt have to be because predatory lending. All that has to happen is a rapid increase of supply coupled with economic turmoil. We are 1/2 way there.
I predict inflation is gonna get so bad that the COL with go up so high that people can no longer afford to buy, and home buying basically stops dead in its tracks.
Hello 2008. Get your HELOC's and do your refi's before it happens so you can buy up real estate.Bills crew / Bud Light crew / extra onion crew / M&P crew / lcp2 crew / ap3 crew / Trump crew / mcdonalds app crew / cat-owner crew / Tin Cup crew / self-checkout crew / country music crew / RIP snails crew

There won't be a crash. Over-extended single families are not the ones driving the market right now. Big Wall Street (Black Rock, etc.) are buying up homes as an investment. The globohomo elite don't want us to be homeowners... they want us to be perpetual renters. This is part of the great reset.
