couldnt do any back work, arms were just ouch after inclines. They keep aggravating my bicep tendinitis, but they help my bench so much. cri.training log

How much are inclines gonna help you bench if your bicep flares up just cos you didn't lift lighter weights when you body told you to?
My bench stalled big time at 110kg and after over a year of trying to fix my shoulder I realized it was the bicep tendon that was actually having the biggest issue regarding being too tight. Can't even train it very hard yet after ages of trying to fix it, even though I'm improving cos it goes slow. There were also other things and you prolly won't end up like that. But egos get us nowhere IMO.

Yeah, I think dropping them is the best choice. I just wish I didn't have to. I'm not as invincible as I like to think I am. I'd just rather try to find a way to work around it as opposed to dropping it entirely. Currently waiting to hear back from the coach to see what he thinks about the issue.

I'm thinking you prolly won't have to drop the exercise completely. Up to your coach to decide though.
I'm still able to train my bicep. Started out too light to build anything though, however it turnt out to build work capacity and I became able to lift more without pain (meaning I was wrong about it being too light to build me up). Now I can train it with a few hard sets 1-2 times per week. Only took a month or so with working them ultra light once per week, on a day of its own so it wouldn't be ****ed up from pressing before I got to the arm exercises (I did 15 bi/tri supersets just to keep it light but my conclusion is I didn't actually need that many sets at the end of the day).

Called it here, shoulder felt weird. Didn't hurt but just felt odd and didn't want to push it for no reason.

OK so here are some of my better lifts from the past few weeks. Lockouts werent the best but i think thats just because i hadnt hit anything super heavy for an extended period of time before this. Really looking to build up for the next 7 weeks and hit something big at 165
