We will have to wait and see since I'm stuck here in the office...One thing though, the 24hr fitness I go to doesn't have that calf raise machine they have the old school pin loaded one with the added bar to add plates to so I'll be doing that...There is another 24hr fitness newer more built up but it's a bit of a drive and since I already get home way to late 1-2am I'm stick to the older gym instead but on a good note calf raises are a strong point for me lol

It's a new fancy HOIST machine... They move with your body as you move. I don't like them because the calculations are not straight across the board. Because the machines move along with your body the weight is variable and you have to do calculations to figure it out. Some of the machines tell you the calculation to figure it out, some don't..... It's annoying.
But this machine is straight forward; 410 pounds, 8 x 45 + 2 x 25 on the bar. If there is added weight rocking variation I don't know it and did not account for it. I have maxed it out in the past though.

Code word for 8/25/2015: Desire
CODE WORD FOR 8/25/2015: DESIRE
**make sure to have your code word written on your piece of paper that has you user name, date, and shows your weight next to the scale like mine (see above post). Also when you go to the gym make sure to have that same piece of paper with you so you can show it at the beginning or the end of your lift along with weight being used**
I should be getting off work here in the next 2 hrs and then it's off to the gym where I'll do my normal workout as planned (BACK DAY) but I will accept both challenges presented to me and post them as soon as I get home which will be roughly 2am (HST). Hopefully it doesn't take long to upload to youtube so I can get some sleep looking forward to see what I do and to see if anyone else will be entering...
Hope all had a good productive day and I will check back later to upload my videoNever give up

Here it is! BW pullups ~26. My range of motion wasn't the best on a few reps at the end so you may or may not count those.

And the Judges say..........
Let me first start off by saying the bench press challenge in itself wasn't the real challenge. The challenge was trying to get an open bench on International Chest Day lol... I mean sh*t, I got to the gym around 10:30pm and the gym was pretty full. Did my 40mins of cardio still all the benches were taken, lone and behold NOBODY ON THE CALF MACHINE go figure right because who needs calves anyways lmao. So after doing 20min stairmaster and 20min treadmill I did the calf raise portion (no warm up, because that was my warm up lol) of the challenge as you'll see in the video clip. I maxed the machine out on the pin which was 290lbs and added 6 - 45lbs plates for a grand total of 560lbs...
After that still couldn't get on any flat bench, debated about using the smith machine but quickly got that thought out of my head lol...Went through my entire back routine got a GREAT workout and an AMAZING PUMP from having all them carbs in me still couldn't get on a bench...So I started doing extra sets and finally one opens up, which I quickly snatched. So the bench press portion was at the VERY end of everything. I put 200lbs on the bar: 45, 25, 5, 2.5 and went for it...Keep in mind I might get challenged at this again so I did it strategically by not fully maxing out can't put all my cards on the table then people know the standard and know what they need to hit...
Now Let's leave it up to the judges, here is the video clip (after 90+ mins trying to upload to youtube ):

That is one epic lift Derick. That is hardcore motivation right there music and lifting! Props.
But I must say, No one has motivated me to push like you just did.... Last year I crushed my shoulder and to put weight on my shoulder, such as the standing calf press was out of the question until about 2 months ago. Since then I have slowly gotten back into it. I have strong calves, they are not my limiting factors in this lift; my limiting factors are the machine and the weight my shoulders can handle.
I couldn't let 560lb calf press slip by me....
Videos are uploading at the moment
190lbs water weight.

Rechallenged to Derick:
Standing Calf Press
You pushed me and now I have to push again. I can't give up.
Today was my leg day. Pre-Kaged in me. Push to the limit.
KIDS DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME
12 x 45lbs: 540lbs x 15 reps @ 190lbs
This was a PR for me and a warm up
12 x 45 + 2 x 10 lbs: 560 x 10 reps @ 190lbs
12 x 45 + 4 x 10 lbs: 580 x 10 reps @ 190lbs
12 x 45 + 2 x 35 lbs: 610 x 15 reps @ 190lbs
Then I reread your last post and saw that you wanted the paper in the video so I grabbed my paper and did the last set AGAIN with the paper in it for good measure:
12 x 45 + 2 x 35 lbs: 610 x 15 reps @ 190lbs
Few extra warm up sets in the beginning for a grand total of 54,300lbs lifted on the standing calf press out of 138,950 lbs lifted on leg day + 40 min cardio.
Starting to get slightly beyond unsafe.....
