I love it when I can make a meal in one pan, especially my skillet.
I can't either, lol.
Today's Workout: Running
Weigh in: 158.3-new low
C210k W3D2
5 min warmup, 90 sec run/90 sec walk, 3 min run, 3 min walk, 90 sec run/90 sec walk, 3 min run, 3 min walk, 5 min cooldown
My Zen Labs app doesn't always tell me when to run like it's supposed to. I managed okay in my head, but it's a bit of a pain. Very few people outside today. I saw one cyclist and one woman walking. Will do my third run tomorrow. You can't help the hopeless.

Nice work. When I did C25k I used a music software that let me create a playlist and use the audio cues when to change so could take parts of songs of music I had already purchased. So I'd have a song, the cue to walk or run next would come up, then it would be a different song. Helped for me.

Interesting running method. That’s a good way to ease into 10k. I’ve heard of people using the run/walk method for full marathons. But at some point with a friggin’ marathon isn’t it just easier to run at a slowish pace the whole time?

Often you get to that point eventually. Helped when hadn't been a runner and was obese to start off slower so did the run walk. The runs got longer and walk times shorter until I could slow jog a whole 30 minutes. Then had to get that time longer as wasn't quite to the 5k range yet. After that it was just jog longer instead of run/walk before reaching the 10k mark. That was how I did it anyways.

Sounds cool. I got the app to work today (finally). Week 3 down.
I think the intervals make it easier to run at a steady pace later on. They, for me at least, improve my work capacity so when it's time to run the race, I can go the full distance without stopping. When I did my 5k race last year, I never ran more than 1 mile straight beforehand.
Today's Workout: Running

I really like fasting on my non-lifting days. It's helping my weight loss stay consistent, and I find it easier to not eat for a while on one day vs. not eating repeatedly through out the week.

I find it easier to maintain a deficit when I fast for a day or two vs trying to maintain the same deficit every day of the week. Fasting has also helped me recognize when I'm actually hungry vs. being just bored and wanting to eat.
I usually just fast for 24 hours, but I wanted to push it to 30 to see how I'd do with a longer fast. It wasn't much worse than 24 hours, but I don't think I want to go any longer than that. Will do another 24 hour fast on Saturday..You can't help the hopeless.

Ohhh man, would invade that picnic so hard for that deliciousness!
Makes sense, not sure I'd be in a particular happy mood doing 24 hours but looks like it's working well for you. Are you able to stay pretty calm during the 24 hours or do you find yourself getting mad? "OMFG you're breathing too loud, bro, I WILL END YOU!!" Hangry rage of peace.Current PRs:

Mood is okay. As long as I have coffee or tea, I'm not too hangry. I try to keep busy, especially towards the end.
I just finished a 36 hour fast this morning, wasn't too bad. I "might" try to push it to 48 next weekend, but I reserve the right to bail early.

Now a third of the way done with the program. Still working out which races I want to do. I think I want to do two of them, maybe 4-6 weeks apart. You can't help the hopeless.

Looks delicious, all the foods as usual.
I'm not hangry either, even when eating a single meal a day. Though I do on occasion think, "I'm on a diet and working in retail, do you want to cross that line punk" hahaha Okay, I don't think that but something similar cause at times retail plus no chocolate is a trying, difficult situation and I don't even attempt long fasts. Bench looked pretty good PR. Do you ever take PWO? Maybe that would help with the fasting if you're feeling a bit slow on some of these. There's also a chance you may crap your pants on PWO because you're fasting. It's a gamble lol.

Trying to get down to 145. So close, and yet so far.
I fast 2 days a week, for at least 24 hours. The longest I've gone is 36. I was going to try for 48 this weekend, but I'm sick, and I may scrap the fast all together (or do a shorter one).
Alas, no lifting or running today. Hoping I'll be up for a workout tomorrow! You can't help the hopeless.

Neat method, sounds like a good alternative to the daily fasting window a lot of people do, at least you can fuel up normally for the more active days.
Sometimes, I get mad at myself for not being as strong as I want to be, but then I remember that I've come a long way and the best is yet to come.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs
