    Talking Squid's Do It Diary

    Introduction:

I am Currently 35 years old.
I've been taking 2 antipsychotics for a year now.
I used to have a workout partner, but now I'm doing it solo.
I've struggled with eating disorders most my life.
The point of that information is that some of the odds are against me.
So, this is to try to keep myself accountable.

    Goal:
Outside of just losing weight, get through my week without skipping a day or not completing the entire workout.

    (Encouragement and critiques are welcome.)

    Thumbs up

    Thoughts:
Last week, on Wednesday, I worked my legs to failure. I was down from thurs-sun. I don't feel bad about that because my body really needed the recovery time. Today I went back to the gym.
I was ready to go. But today there were a bunch of guys in the gym. Not the normal ones, a few I've never seen before. My gym is kind of small, so they were taking up 75% of the free weight area (5-6 of them). This doesn't bother me outside of not being able to accomplish some of the appropriate exercises in the time I had. I supplemented those with slightly different exercises.
ex: instead of sumo deadlift, I did it with dumbbells. Barbell glute thrusts, I did them on the floor with a weight.
    -----------------------------------------------
What I've eaten so far (3:30pm)
    1x Banana
    1x Kiwi
1x Peanut Butter (natural no added sweetener version) on Sola Sweet Oat Bread (sandwich)
1x 6 slice turkey on Sola Sweet Oat Bread (sandwich)
    ----------------------------------------------
    Workout:
    4x Deadlift (DumbBell) | Best set: 30lbs x 12
    4x Hip Thrust (DumbBell) | Best set: 30lbs x 12
    8x Single Leg Deadlift | Best set: 15lbs x 8
    4x Back Extensions | Best set: 10reps
4x Single Leg Glute Bridge | Best set 12reps

    Total Weight Lifted: 5,600 lbs
    ----------------------------------------------
    Did to completion today.
