Was supposed to do a 6RM, but 120 was too light. Should have done 125.

Abs guy was on the bench I wanted to use, so I used a regular bench. It was actually better.

Still struggle w/ the MRS sets on pressing exercises.

My back is healed! My lifts are about as good as they were before I got injured (a bit lower, but I'm 17lbs lighter).

Bench looking good. Hopefully wedding invites will be coming very soon... when dem lats are fully engaged. I get it, lats can be afraid of commitment, the struggle is real.

So this was a bit of a ****show. I was supposed to do 2x315, but for some reason, I wussed out on the first attempt. I saw the video, realized I could have had two, and tried again, just to fail. I then waited and tried one more time.
Moral of the story. Don't wuss out on squats.

I had a problem with the one I used yesterday. I don't like toying with machines I'm unfamiliar with, so I really had to reach to grab the bar. And I'm tall, ffs! Didn't help that it had thick foam chit on it.
