    I was hoping for six reps, but I barely get five. I supersetted these with crunches.

    Crushed them.

    Farmers Walk SS DB Curls
    3x40lbs (40 yards); 3x15x15


    I want to go heavier on the farmer's walks, but the kbs above 40lbs don't have a pair.

    Supersetted the deadlifts with ab wheel. The deadlifts were harder than they should have been, slow as f***.

    Crushed them.

    Sissy Squats SS Bar Hangs

    Did alright with these. May start wearing a belt for the bar hangs to overload them.

    Ok, so I know you started this journal back in 2015, but I am newly subbed hoping you are still kicking arse and taking names. Are you a practicing lawyer? Those lift numbers are freaking awesome. I will admit, I didn't read the middle 117 pages, please forgive me. I see recent weight is 163. Are we still working toward 140 or did we hit it and now bulking? Either way, F#$%$# impressive!! Way to get after it and stick to your goals. I am pissing in the wind right now, basically lost, but reading journals like yours is super positive and motivating me to figure my sh!t out. So thanks!

    Still working my way to 140. The closest, I got was 151, but then I went on an accidental bulk (holiday season). I'm not practicing law at the moment.
