Weigh in: 75.9kg (167 in freedom units).
Squats
125kg, 132.5kg, 140kg (308lbs)
I went 3/3. Had a bit of hip pain, but it was manageable. A lot of people struggled w/ depth. Judges weren't playing.
Bench Press
67.5kg, 72.5kg, 75kg (165lbs)
Struggled w/ the first two attempts, but third went up easy. Should have warmed up better.
Deadlifts
140kg, 162.5kg, 180kg
Grip felt weak. Will need to train this more. I know there's more in the tank.

Nice lifts! You didn't put the deadlifts in freedom units (I lol'd at that), so I had to look it up. I know you said it could have been better, but that's still damn impressive. It's nearly 400lbs. My grip would be feeling pretty taxed too.
Made it all look easy, way too go. Squat depth was outstanding!PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

Thanks Everyone.
I had a good meet, but I let myself get a bit too fluffy, so I decided to do a quick cut before my next meet. I want to be able to compete in the 72kg class w/o obsessing over the scale in the final month, so the goal is to get to 155lbs by the end of April.
Today, I weighed in at 161.3.
Yesterday, I went for my first run in months, just a mile, but I was able to run whole time. I also walked Zeus yesterday and today.
Trying to enjoy the good weather as much as possible.You can't help the hopeless.

Nice work! Even if the squat isn't the prettiest, still a good point to keep working. I've never tried hanging abs between squat sessions. I'm too lazy to find something tall enough for me to stand on in order to reach the bar.
