I did it! A 48 hour fast, and I lived to tell the tale. Last night was rough. Couldn't sleep for ****, but this morning I was able to push.
Also weighed in at a new low, 152.7lbs. Wut!
Got in a run.

Was able to run each block w/o stopping. Had a headache during the first run, but it went away.

Impressive work! On the fasting, and the weight loss! Sucks about the sleep though, hopefully you can find a solution if there's a next time.

They're good for reinforcing good squat mechanics. I tend to come up on my toes when I squat and the landmine forces me to sit back
