    I did it! A 48 hour fast, and I lived to tell the tale. Last night was rough. Couldn't sleep for ****, but this morning I was able to push.

    Also weighed in at a new low, 152.7lbs. Wut!

    I bought it. It’s Caulipower. My homemade ones sucked, so I stopped trying. They come in 2 packs which is nice.

    They're good for reinforcing good squat mechanics. I tend to come up on my toes when I squat and the landmine forces me to sit back
