Thanks.
I'm about 10lbs down since Nationals, so weight loss has slowed, but my waist is still getting smaller, so I'm happy about that.
Recently, I hit a new yoke PR w/ 435lbs. I've been doing events training about once a week and rotating events. The goal is to push conditioning and skill development.
For main training, I did Dan John's 10,000 swing kb challenge and am now doing Matt Mills 8 week hypertrophy program. I am going on a vacation after that and then tackling Creeping Death II when I return. I am a big fan of John Meadows programming for my off season. My arms grew while my waist shrank the last time I ran a routine of his, so I'm hoping for a repeat performance.
Then it will be 2023 and time to start looking for competitions to do.
