I'm 19 years old and weigh 122kg. I'm on a quest to lose AT LEAST 35kg in under 12 months. I've always been a stocky guy and enjoyed playing rugby, but now it's time to get serious about shifting the weight.
I know this site is about bodybuilding, but I'm not looking to gain muscle, just strictly weight loss and to keep it off for good!
Any tips on what to eat and how to shift the 30 odd kg? Also tips for post weight loss and loose skin which I will probably gain after the weight loss?
