    Lifting and Golfing

Does anyone know how best to lift regularly while golfing regularly? The last 3 years my golf game has been declining as I've been lifting... I have a feeling it may be due to the lack of flexibility? I've noticed that whenever I take lifting breaks between 1-3 weeks, my golf game improves dramatically, then when I start lifting again, I stink. So I lift a lot more regularly in the winter because it doesn't matter, but when summer hits, i lift way less often because I love to golf. Does anyone know of any sort of program that can incorporate the two sports?

To give you a better idea as to what I lift, I'm 200 lbs (definitely not huge) bench around 275 max, squat around 350 max, and don't do a lot of dead lifting past 275.
