    eating same dish all day

    what do you guys think about this I just cook a huge dish per day and eat it all day long or sometimes for 2 days too
    I just made a dish with zucchinis onions tomato tuna tofu chicken and noodles and put a ton of cayenne pepper and cumin in it
    ill be eating this for every meal tomorrow.

    No problem, as long as your overal weekly nutrition shows some variety and it all fits your macros it's fine.
    Made chili last week and ate it for 2 lunches and 3 diners the days after, great time saver.

    In my experience you will burn out..
    Staying satiated is important to emotional health, which often times can spill over into other aspects of your life. Give it a go, motitor, adjust as needed. Some people do okay with it, some people need more variety, to each their own..

    you might want to try a larger variety to get all of your vitamins and what not
