I weigh 145 and am 5'11. I am doing a a 5x5 program and want to gain some mass! Ive been eating too lean and not seeing gains in weight. Should I eat more? I can only hit 1600 calories. It's hard to get in more

Correct me if I'm wrong, but grilled chicken wings aren't really a huge bang for your buck when it comes to calories.
Here are some calorie-dense food ideas to get ideas flowing:
- Breakfast omelette with whole eggs, cheese, sauteed vegetables
- Peanut butter and jelly sandwich (always a classic)
- Pizza (w/ toppings of choice)
- Burgers (^ see above)
- Steak and mashed potatoes
- Snacks: Dried fruit and nuts (trail mix), ice cream, crackers and cheese, etc.It's about progress, not perfection.
I'm not an expert when it comes to most aspects of life; sometimes, I have no idea what I'm doing. The more I learn, the more I can do, and the more I can pay it forward and help others.

i mean, at 1600 calories, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a glass of milk (one of the Great Bulking Foods of the World) doesn't fit your macros. eat 2 a day, on top of what you normally eat. easy 800 calories.
