yesterday i was doing incline / flat / decline benchpress. i would feel a twinge when lifting the weights off the rack( upper right shoulder). i felt it a lot when i was starting each set of the flat bench especially. i dont feel it at all during the rest of the reps, just when i first lift the weight off the rack. anyone know exactly which muscle is used? i figure i need to stretch it more ;p

You may work them to diferent degrees , more front delt and less lat involvement, for instance , but the muscles used are the same ........
