    Yeah a stronger grip irradiates new muscle contraction in your whole body. it's been reported that after 6 weeks of thick bar pulling, deadlift increases of 10% have been seen. that means you can have a 550 pull in a month and a half if you dedicate to thick bar pulling (dead, row, curl)
