This was my forth meet after just over 2 years of training. I added 185 to my total over the last year from this meet (100lb to squat, 40 to bench, 45 to deadlift). I was finally able to pull over 405 by skipping over it and hopefully get over the mental block I had about the weight. My deadlift is pretty pathetic compared to my squat mostly because it doesn't feel comfortable while squatting feels natural to me. After this weekend, I feel more confident in the lift and have sworn off 405 forever. I'll add a pair of 2.5s if I have to do a set at 405.
squat: 420/455/475
bench: 255/275/280
deadlift: 370/395/415
Stupid background music got called out by YouTube so it's not available in Germany.

Thanks man! I've yet to have a bad spotter at RPS. My last meet in Maryland I lost my balance in the hole on squat and the spotter was right there to catch me as I fell backwards. He was able to push me forward and help me come up with the bar so I didn't have to dump it on the chains.
