    Do you Squat/Bench/Deadlift each workout?

do you squat, bench and deadlift each workout? or maybe sometimes just squat and bench or bench and deadlift?

i am currently doing conjugate for the 2nd cycle and making solid progress but part of me wants to try something different and see how the results go. the one way of training right now that peaks my interest is squat/bench/deadlift 3x per week.

There are 1000 different ways to train. Sex/fitness level/past injuries to name a few makes it different for anybody.

I woulndn't deadlift 3 times a week. It's over taxing on my CNS...I wouldn't even recover if I deadlifted 2 while squatting 3 times a week. My injury would go back fast.

Some ppl can other poeple can't.

You really can set it up however you want. You might need to expand your injury prevention skills if you aren't going to have a lot of rest days. But it's definitely possible. My current deadlift PR was done while squatting 6 days a week and deadlifting 3 days a week. I didn't get injured. I have good injury prevention skills though.

I don't reccomend doing this, but:

My buddy and I trained S/B/D every workout to a daily max, plus backoff volume and accesories for 6 months last year. Made insane progress, I think we figured it out to be like a pound or two per day on the total. We also trained 5-6 hours per day and had a super light course schedule and basically just ate, slept, and trained for 6 months. A new PR of some kind every day was the norm. Both gained like 20-30 pounds of weight during this time.

I was honestly the most injury free I've ever been during that period, and we were totalling around 1300ish per day with the dmaxes, (5/3/5 average), sometimes higher.

Would I reccomend doing it? Not unless you've got someone there to make sure you don't break yourself(we watched each others lifts and kept an eye on technique failure and tight areas etc) and have the time, money, equipment etc to train like that. We have access to a ultra high end facility equipment wise which helps alot.

Much simpler way to train is two lifts per day, something like Sheiko, and that's the way we train now. Usually squat/bench 4-5x and pull twice per week on a seperate deadlift program. Still lots of accessories and prehab/rehab and chit, session is usually around 3-3.5 hrs.

ive done stuff like that before and its worked well. Everything ive done has worked at some point. 1 time a week up to 7 times a week. The only problem i have with S/B/D in the same workout is im too much of a fatass and its too exhausting. So i do upper lower three times a week and that seem to be working well.
    best lifts
    Squat 410
    bench 315
    press 185x5
    Deadlift 420
    clean 275

Doing Texas Method with all 3 on both volume day and intensity day. Just squat/bench on recovery day. Volume day turns into an absolute beast.

Personally I don't like to Squat and Deadlift on the same day, by the time I finish one I'm usually too wiped out to do proper justice to the other one.

Similar here, although it's not a typical TM setup I SBD on Mon&Fri and SB on Weds. Done everything from 1x/week frequency to 6x bench, 4x squat, 4x dead and what I've found works most consistently for me so far is the TM-esque setup.
