Heres what you need to do to qualify...

1) Run a log for 9 weeks using the Steve Weatherfords "True Muscle" Trainer. MUST put link to log HERE to activate your entry. Logs will start Monday, August 10th to allow you to prepare.

Currently doing 1 day of rest per week and 22 sets per day [Leg day is almost the same in this program]

Awesome promo! I only watched a half portion of the Day 1 video and took a sneak peak into the Day 43 full body workout video.. I swear he makes everything look all too easy XD

I'm currently using Jacob Wilson's Mass Project. It contains basic and fundamental split body exercises so nothing too fancy. I will have to look more into the individual training days to see if this elite program is surely something I can work with!

Not an issue brother...I understand work schedule, family, etc. If you can run the nine weeks and fit it in to work for you, do it!!!
