Worst decision made by your NFL team?

Id have to say not finding a way to keep Jimmy Johnson would be the Cowboys number one. We could of had a great team going into the late 90s with a guy who could manage the personalities.

Honorable mentions
Roy Williams/Joey Galloway: 1st and 3rd for a guy who never had more than 500 yds/two first round picks, highest paid receiver, acl tear was only memorable thing about his time.
Dave Campo: only coach to never have a winning season, just looked lost all the time.
Not selecting Randy Moss, would murder rape us every time

I'll be more broad with all the teams I root for;

Lakers- not finding a way to salvage the Kobe/Shaq relationship, could have been 4 more titles, going all out for Dwight Howard

Dodgers- Not trading Yasiel Puig last year

Steelers- None really, an overall solid franchise. Maybe not drafting o-line depth to keep Ben healthy during the SB against the Packers, letting Dick LeBeau stay 5 years too long.

Signing Matt Schaub to an extension in 2012. Signing Cushing to that extension in 2013 could be seen as a bad thing but I still think he is important to our defense even though he looks much slower and not as explosive.

picking up Steven Jackson. gawd damn that guy just flat out didn't care to even try.

trading up to pick Sam Baker. he was terrible at best, blew out his knee twice and is now off the team like Jackson.
