    Evening, around 6-7 pm, but Im not stuck on that time it's just usually the best for my schedule.

    I've heard bro scientists say testosterone is highest in the Morning so lift in the morning. Not sure I buy it.

    Incidentally I lift mornings. I go to work for an hour or two get things going, then leave and train for around 90 minutes, shower and back to work.

    usually the last hour of the gym so 9-10pm when its quiet and no wait for the equipment. Gonna try first hour on saturday tho 8-9am to see what its like. I work during the week so this aint possible normally!

    depends on when i work.

    usually try for early morning just because i get it out of the way and don't have to worry about it later in the day.

    also its less busy early. anything after 5p its just super crowded.

    I find that my favorite workout time is around 11-12 in the morning on the weekends, when the gym is empty. When I go during the week after work, all the 10's and 25's magically disappear into the crossfit classes.

    It really varies, I just try to get in there when i'm fully ready. I put in 3-6 hours daily, so sometimes i'll have other stuff come up that will change when I can start my sessions. The main thing is I just make sure to do it at some point, even if it's late at night and i'm tired. Heck, doesn't matter if I start at 2am while tired, sore, and/or injured - but it is going to be done, one way or another. My gym's in my living room, so it kinda makes it easier hah.
