Might have something to do with Devils looking ridiculous as well I am sure. Listen, its just for you to get motivated to push yourself harder, I keep repeating to everyone, but if you don't want to participate, I hope you still keep pushing hard at the gym and use the date as motivation.

agree, even if you don't want to post pics, I think this should still be motivation to continue cutting as you will see progress eventually. maybe change around the macros if what you're doing is consuming too much muscle or something

I might just be flat af, I don't have too much experience cutting, I've lost zero strength so far. I will continue to cut, if I feel good about the progress I've made, I'll do all mandatories, if not I'll just take a few selfies to compare progress. Just came home after a 50 mile bike ride. Hopefully I'll recover for leg day on Tuesday.

It's been about 4 weeks since my wrist surgery so it's been 4 weeks since an upperbody workout. Last week i started alternating squatting and running daily. My current weight is 158 and I wonder how my physique will end up with another 5 weeks of no working out upper body. On the plus side, i'm getting pretty lean

I see dudes with fatceps that have visible bicep veins, my veins actually bypasses the bicep and goes into my inner arm, I will never have a bicep vein. feelsbadman.
