I have decided to start workout routine to get in shape for boxing. I want to box at around 160-170lb mark. I am 5ft 10in., 160 pounds atm, with rougly 21% body fat. I need to cut this fat down but also would like to build muscle. I have spoken with a few people but there seems to be a mixed feeling of what I should do. Some tell me to do the shortcut to shred, others tell me to do the shortcut to size program then do the shortcut to shred. I am looking for some suggestions from anyone that may know what is best for my current situation.

So yea, atm skinny arms, fat belly lol. Should I go straight for the shortcut to shred program? Or should I do the shortcut to size. I have already ordered the full supplements for the shortcut to size program, just sort of confused which one to start on :/
Any help really appreciated! I can provide more info if needed.
