I have seen all of this first hand, they are scum. What a lot of you don't understand is that in their culture being a low life filthy thief is totally normal and acceptable. Exploiting women and children is totally normal, kidnapping kids to sell on is normal. There are plenty of interviews out there where these people openly talk about what they are up to and how this is what they are brought up to do. Watch the documentary on the housing that was built for them, or the prostitution rings they set up.

1st of all they breed like cockroaches. 12 yo kids with babies, 25 yo grandmothers! - why, the government pays $ for each kid until it reaches 18yo - you have 10 kids - get 10x that payment (which is much above my salary, for example).
Both "parents" don't work, their relatives don't work - they also get paid for not having a job.
They don't pay chit,electricity, water, any kind of bills except their mobile phones and cable tv.
Almost every single one of them is a beggar or a thief.
Few of those kids DIE, because the young mother collects more money by begging with a child in her hands, and as one local reporter investigated - those babies are never heard crying, or talking, or even watching - They are either drugged or drunk (cheap vodka, etc.) (8 months old babies and such) , baby dies eventually, the mother carries the dead baby around the streets for few days more until it's visually clear that it's dead.
Others are injured at very young age, later they become beggars without hand, without leg, etc.
There are European programs for integration, but those people cannot be integrated into the normal society - they are used to their lifestyle, they are born with it, their parents are born with it, and the parents of their parents too.
They don't need education, lifting, the purpose of the life of a gypsy is quite different, because they consider themselves successful as they get older, reach the age of 50 (for example), at which point they have 15 kids, their kids have 10 each, which makes it grandparent of 150!
