    couple of questions and how much BF% I am?

    BE WARNED: English is not my native language so when I am writing long topics typos and grammatical mistakes might be expected.

    currently 187lbs thinking of bulking up to 200lbs and than cut but I still look ****ing small and not sure if 14 more lbs are gonna change much, were the **** all this weight is going to? I think my whole upper body sucks but I mostly lack in chest and biceps. Legs are normal INB4 hairy as fuk. Okay enough with self analysis now to the questions:

    1)I am currently bulking 500cal over maintenance should I keep at it or lower it down to 250cal?
    2)currently doing madcows should I switch to hypertrophy routine? I don't really want to because my bench ****ing sucks 180x5 and no way I am going to increase it on P/P/L or something like that and I enjoy routine much but I noticed when I am on this kind of routines the most growth I see is in my legs. So should I switch it up to see more growth in upper body?
    3)Yeah how much BF% I am?

    any additional criticism will be excepted gladly!

    1) Cut down a bit but not 250, that's almost a burger from Mc. But how much cal you consume per day is not the only thing. Remember to eat healthy
    2) You do w.e. you want. It really depends on if you just want to be stronger (i.e. play basketball better) or you just want to look good. If you just want to look good focus on the shoulder and chest training. Otherwise you should keep what you're already doing.
    3) I would guess about 23-25%?

    You look about 22 ish precent bodyfat. To be honest you should probably focus on cutting. Therefore this means you should be on a caloric deficit (250-500 calories less per day). However, if your positive that you want to keep bulking, how many calories more that you eat really depends on your metabolism. Some people such as myself can eat 3000 plus calories per day and still remain very lean (not even kidding). Most people on this site would give me **** for that but that's just how MY metabolism and MY body work. And im here to tell you the same. I dont know how well your body metabolizes food, so I cant really give you and exact number of extra calories you should be eating. However, most people on a bulk eat 500 more calories than maintenance per day. Hope this helped.
