Honestly, I would just ditch the notion of "cheating" and "dieting" in general right now - it has a negative connotation.
You're a growing teenager, just eat what you enjoy. If you're really hungry, eat more food. No harm will be done. It's about progress, not perfection.
I'm not an expert when it comes to most aspects of life; sometimes, I have no idea what I'm doing. The more I learn, the more I can do, and the more I can pay it forward and help others.

There's a big difference between enjoying a larger meal than you're accustomed to eating and binging. If you're experiencing guilt around eating foods, that is a huge red flag for a disordered relationship with food.
If you eat a little more than usual and feel full/uncomfortable for a short time afterwards, that's okay. Many people go to barbecues, parties at restaurants, and end up eating a bit more than they might typically eat and feel full for a while.
I'd say put together a reasonable meal to eat, enjoy it, and wait a while and see if you're still hungry then. It's about progress, not perfection.

@bold - You have a long, long, long, LONG way to go before that would happen. You're active, young, and already doing a lot of things right. That fear will stop you from meeting your goals and getting stronger... if you let it.
The biggest priority, rather than hitting macros, is getting enough food to nourish your body.
As for the guilt, food isn't "good" or "bad". It has no inherent moral value. It is simply for enjoyment, social pleasure, and for our bodies. Having battled a serious eating disorder that has nearly taken my life a few times, these are lessons I've had to take to heart. It's about progress, not perfection.

It's hard to change and find that "grey area" to see food for what it really is - especially if you're in an environment that really promotes "healthy" vs. "unhealthy" foods/diets/etc. It takes work. I know that much from experience since I do a lot of black-and-white thinking myself.
