    Cannot. My max parallel squat was 275 but then I switched to squatting ATG and had to cut the weight way down.

    Seen 1 Guy squat 7 plates but he was like 260lb powerlifter

    Seen another guy squat 4 plates who must've been 250 lb

    Seen 1 Guy squat 4.5 for 1 reps, 200lb+ atleast

    Seen another guy who squat 150kg for atleast 10 reps


    Besides that, I've never ever seen another person squat 3 plates and over. I'm skinny as fuk and i always get head turning when I load up 3 plates lol. Had basically 6 people watching me in the background when I did 5 reps.
