Im tired of being out of shape and feeling lazy. This is going to be a simple thread to motivate myself and stay accountable to myself to get this done. My goal is to get to 150lbs but honestly im more concerned with getting to 15 percent body fat for starters. I am going to use a Keto diet to accomplish this along with weight training and cardio. I am going to be posting weekly progress pics as I progress.
Im going to start with 1900 caloric intake diet.
Weight training 4 days a week.
starting weight 190lbs

I woke on monday feeling super tired and out of breath. I had been binging on junk food and fast food late nights to the point where the weight is giving me lower back problems. Im tired of that lifestyle, I want to look good, feel good and be energetic. But I decided to make it a lifestyle instead of calling it a diet or saying im going to try it. In the past when I thought that way I always failed. This time my mindset is completely different because im willing to change my lifestyle for long term success. I'm going all the way!!

I am in to see the progress as well I actually started at that weight back in high school (also close to 190 I mean) and have also gotten down to and below 150. Around 156 right now trying to shed a few pounds. Best of luck to you and eager to see your progress!

That's awesome. Really. Sometimes it just takes that final straw to finally get our azzes movin. I was there once too. After having my 2nd I was doing thr exact same thing. Late night binges, just not noticing those slow lbs piling up. Seen a pic and kicked into high gear the following day. Haven't looked back. Anytime you need some motivation you know where to find me.

9:30am, just got back from the gym. Had a crazy intense arm workout, drank about 2 liters of water while in the gym. I love to train fasted as my body responds really well to it. Usually if i train withing 2 hours of eating, it does not sit well in my stomach and it feels uncomfortable when working out.
About to make breakfast, 4 slices of bacon and 5 scrambled eggs, scrambled in the bacon drippings. Might even dice half and onion and throw it in there.

Update
Sup everyone, I got some update pics. Even though it doesn't look like i lost anything, lol, i lost 3 lbs. Probably mostly water weight.
Weighed in at 186 down from 190 last week. I will gladly take that. Yesterday was my brothers Bday and so i tried to keep the eating as clean as possible. There were beef kabobs at his birthday shindig so I ate a few of those and a couple of pieces of corn on the kob.
i forgot to mention that my waist is at 41.5 inches. Which was what I started at.
Well hope everyone on BB.com had a succesful week in your goals overall.
