Hi. Just returned to lifting to accompany my BJJ training.
Just upped calories a bit to around maintenance or 10% above. Training is Lyle's GBR 3 days a week alternating A/B/A/B/A/B with RPT used for the main lifts.
BJJ training is every day except Sunday, and i'll also take Friday off if feeling very tired.
As well as your recommendations on whether to settle in for a long mass gain phase or cut more i'd appreciate any estimates of my BF %.
Good day

That's the plan bro. My weight class atm for competing in bjj is <181lbs so as long as I can stay within a few lbs of that i'll be happy. Though that might involve mini-cuts every so often.
Any experience with this or advice for it? I'm wary of the potential for wheel spinning so I do plan to bulk for the next 4-6 months at least.BJJ / Greyskull LP log
