I'm jealous, Huntington beach in california, at low tide you swim out past the breakers, water is deep, then all of a sudden your arm whack into the sand. Sand bar out there you can walk around on knee deep in water.
I'm a light roast guy myself too. More caffeine
Cool, hikings good for the body, but so relaxing too. Get away from the BS.The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

If you want the caffeine just go with Death Wish coffee
Death Wish Coffee advertises that their coffee contains 200% more caffeine than a standard cup of coffee. A 12 ounce coffee, brewed using the drip method would contain 217mg, so 200% more would put a 12 ounce serving at 651mg. (Death Wish advertises 660mg/12 fl.oz. cup)My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

Good morning!
I'm back from Newport RI. Saw some mansions, ate some good food and walked, walked, walked.
Weigh in this morning so I'll see what happened this week. I ate well....lots of fruits and salads and chicken and salmon. Had dessert and drinks to balance it all out but nothing overboard.
Back to work this week though....lifting this morning. And cleaning my house, bills, sheet day() and 1 house at work. I'll be busy. Missed my family and feels good to be back home.Kristen

Holeee fuk a low kcal day is a bad idea when you are lean.
Woke up at 7 am in serious pain because I was so hungry, went to bed at 3 am so only slept 4 hours but couldn't sleep anymore because my stomach felt like it was loaded up with razor blades.
Only took like 6 hours, synephrine, ephedrine, ton of coffee and a few protein bars to get rid of it
Feels like this cut is never going to end.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

Hi guys - how goes it? Woah @ MLJ's 10 mile hike. I think the most I've done in a day is 3 miles uphill and 3 downhill so 6 total.

@Kureransu, post another vid. of anything.
@Ejnar, it's a great town. you'd probably love their jazz festival. one of my brother's short films played at a festival there long ago and i've been to the mansions a few times as well... jelly of Kristen's trip. i haven't been there in a while.

Slooty hair you say? Mousse fixes all things.
Guise, I have a body trembling problem lately. I thought its my slow revert back to paleo, but I'm eating 1500-1700 cals a day.
I'll eat a whole meal and a couple hours later I start trembling. I've even tried mini snickers pieces to see if that'll calm my nerves. No success.
Any clue what the issue might be? ^_^Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

Newport is fun. Lots to see and do and lots of walking. It's historic. The mansions are outrageous. These were people's summer cottages. So 6 weeks a year they spent there and it cost millions of dollars to construct and years to build. One house is called Marble House.....can you guess why? Yup all marble inside and out. Crazy. The waterfront area is cool...lots of shops though I'm not a shopper. Food was excellent. Jazz fest was that weekend too, but eh...don't care. My uncle is a jazz musician in this area and plays with his quartet/quintet/trio in cambridge, boston, et al. So I've got enough. LOL
I"m up 2 lbs from vacation (and 2 the week before from TOM). I'm hoping these 4 magically disappear as quickly as they came. I know I'm not over cals by 14,000 calories.
Busy week at work and now I've added 2 more nights to my night job. UGH. Kid in college and I'm still trying to play catch up to retirement since at home mom for 18 years.
Muzzie...only thought I have is maybe get your blood sugars checked. Blood work in general. Could be something simple but check anyway. Also potassium could have similar issues. Bananas, potatoes?Kristen

@Ejnar, agree about stress relief. Hiking is definitely my favorite form of cardio now. Want to take a class on scrambling soon!
@Znik, I never realized that water levels change so much in some places! Last time we drove out that way, the river level was high. Was a shock to see bare beds with barely there streams of water a fraction of the size of the original river. I understand why a lot of places here can't be hiked until summer now. In4 more Norway hiking pics, you have to do a hike now .
@MC, we originally meant to do 5 miles roundtrip, but we felt so good after hiking to the waterfall that we kept pressing on. Most we have both ever hiked, so we felt good about ourselves.
@Cap, he is not really outdoorsy in that he hasn't been exposed to outdoor activites other than playing basketball outside. His mom was a single mom with 3 boys and 3 jobs, so not much of a chance to experience much. He is open to it though, so I have been showing him what I learned and we have been fishing and hiking. No overnight camping yet, but we definitely will soon...probably next spring.
In other news, back on that ephedrine + caffeine time. Crack is wack...that's why there is ephedrineLast edited by missladyj; 08-04-2015 at 10:19 AM.

Kjerag and Trolltunga has some awesome scenic views on the way up, one of the big reasons I want to do em.
They do not change so much over here, either full or flood pretty much.
So jelly of you guys' easy access to ephedrine. My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

You guys can keep al the ephedrine, I'll shoot all your guns though.
We have so many shooters here in AZ our ranges are mega. Have another nice one like this to the south but a bit smaller. Great place to shoot and very inexpensive. When folks come in from out of town that shoot they are amazed, since good ranges are few and far between in many locations. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

Hahaha! This
@znik, has your weather gotten better yet or is it still dreary out there?
Finally took my ass to the gym...you know you're doing it right when you throw up all your water in the bathroom sink. Pro tip: do not lift like you lift everyday after a long hiatus, fast, and 3 full doses of ephedrine + caffeine 1st day on new cycle
