    I started cutting yesterday for real this time. The guys I go to the arnold with wanted to all do a cut together for 12 weeks. Was supposed to start last week, but i was the only one, so here i go starting again. I was even nice and pigged out this weekend to keep my starting weight the same after 4 days of losing. So here. We. Go. Still gonna go moderately aggressive these next 2 weeks then coast it. At least that's the plan. I'd like to be 215 in 2 weeks, so that's 7 lbs.

    Np, I hate you too. All the misery and suffering I am going through atm is your damn fault!

    7lbs in 2 weeks shouldn't be too bad unless you are not counting the water/glycogen flush, got faith in ya.

    Mirrin will power ? 15 days of starvation and still haven't raided the snack closet, like 6lbs of various chocolate and 20lbs of assorted candy (been crazy sale on candy over here for Easter so I stocked up for bulk/summer).



    Not to mention the vast amount of baked goodies in the freezer

    So much so I don't feel retarded for cutting on <1100 cals daily this week.

    I was craving carbs last night & i think it had something to do with my lack of sleep the night before.
    I'm solid today.

    will have slightly more carbs today because of pre-workout greek yogurt & whey mixture.

    also,
    PWO before walk got me finishing a 3 mile walk strong.
    Legs are sore though.

    i've recently gotten into putting diced up thinly sliced and grilled flank steak in my meal preps. it's like protein confetti and breaks up the normal tilapia and chicken prep monotony

    I literally just had to block a 14 year old fat vegan with pink hair who was lecturing me through my pics on Instagram.







    I added she was fat because I think it's pretty damn ironic to be vegan and fat, yet tell me it's the healthier diet. And pink hair because pink hair.
