If we end up using this I'll refer to it in the chat as we go along. I might add a link to a group transformation tracker to this doc as well. It would be similar to the spreadsheets that I created for the transformation threads. Assume that the doc could be NSFW, like any posting in this thread.Last edited by caprica6; 07-09-2015 at 09:48 AM.

Have you ever been to canada? because of where I live, Canada is an afterthought. We're so close (if i leave now, I'll be in Canada in 20 minutes). We even Celebrate the Independence Day together. The Detroit river is what separates us.
When down town this is what you see from the Detroit side
and what you see from the Windsor side:

Those are some great pictures.
When really young I remember going with my aunt to Niagara Falls but that might not have been on the Canadian side. Other than that never. Besides driving to Florida twice I've on been in NY. Other than the Florida and the Tri state area I have seen much of the US which is sad. There are several places I've always wanted to visit that I'm going to make sure I get to one day. This trip was the furthest in NY I've ever been and I've lived here my entire life.

Everybody should see the grand canyon once if possible. It works OK as a 1.5 day trip and motel room in williams usually while in vegas. Have to be there at dawn though, sunrise.
You really just cant be prepared for it, mind cant process something that enourmous.
Lake powell worth it, its like another planet at night.
The redwoods.
Yosemite
Hmm what am I forgetting in Cal? Huntington beach is really nice place to spend the day, if you dont like waves then seal beach. Carlsbad state beach is also super nice, and still dont have to pay to park there. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

Wow! If you find time do yourself a favor and travel. In Sept i'll be making my 12th trip to Seattle. I've been to California a few times as well as Florida and South Carolina. I've driven to Ohio, Kentucky, And Illinois (chicago). But you want to know the worst think about all of that? I've never been to the Upper Pennisula of Michigan. I want to do that. Maybe this year. I guess i just feel if I'm going to drive 5-6 hours, I'd not want to be in the same state. Actually in 2013 I went to Toronto and Niagara Falls (Canada Side). It's about 4 hours to get to toronto. why would i drive to the UP? lol
I think I have a photosphere of downtown Toronto. let me check
EDIT:
The sphere won't work, but here are a couple panos
Niagara

I agree I love me some dennys buttermilk pancakes but i dont go there and get them because im assuming they are high calorie but now I realize I should look them up before deciding that. umm num haha
(466 calories with butter which is how i would have them without the syrup so it looks like im going to dennys for breakfast soon ha.)
Im not sure what you mean but hey man share away. Your food items do look pretty tasty from what ive seen you share since ive known you. I can only eat about 1800 calories or so daily though so I might have to modify your recipes.Last edited by stingray72; 07-09-2015 at 01:29 AM.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Morning!
I've only recently started doing some small travel...never went anywhere as a kid. I've been to Mexico (Cancun...hated it). Bahamas, Florida (Disney, Clearwater Beach), NYC, Philly, Block Island, RI, New Hampshire, Maine, Upstate NY (Lake area). Next stop is San Fran. I want to go to Ireland in the worst way but waiting until the kids are grown. Also on the agenda....DC and Niagra Falls (Canada side but need passports for all 5 of us and it's $$$$$ now).
Cardio, mammogram (yay me) and work today on the agenda. No waffles planned.Kristen

I forgot to mention I've been to New Hampshire and Maine.
-----------------------
I'm freaking exhausted. I'm thinking i need a day of absolutely no exercise in any form or fashion due to the amount of exercise i do. this week alone it's been
Sunday:
2 hours of tennis
Monday:
Legs and Abs in the a.m.
2 hours of tennis
1 hour of soccer
Tuesday:
Back and Bis in the a.m.
3 hours of soccer
Wednesday:
No Lifting
2.5 hours of tennis
Today:
Chest, Shoulders, Tris
I'm not doing a darn thing this evening.
My sleep has been off which i think is part of the problem. Been waking up too much for reasons unknown to me. Killing my recovery. I keep saying I'm going to easy off the soccer (all indoor). And i think I did pretty a good job. Besides my co ed team i manage, i've had 4 other teams try to get me to join, and i only joined 2 of them lol. One of them is men's team, so I'll only be playing one game on Tuesday because Men's soccer is a completely different game from co-ed. It's MUCH more physical, it's a higher level of play division, and we have less subs while running twice as hard. I think last time i tried to play a double header of men's soccer i almost barfed

Oooof yeah 4 passports set me back last year. Takes a while to get them too. My mom is going to Ireland in September, will be great for her. Plus she is going with my uncle who has been half dozen times so it will be laid back.
Ah cool SF trip. Most underrated touristy spot in SF has to be the old mint. It's kind of a museum now. Pretty cool. Hnnng Ghiradelli and french bread smells at the wharf. Sadly my favorite hamburger place Clown Alley finally closed. So many fond memories there. Wanted to take the kids to eat there sometime, but RIP.
@kureransu - I think you may be a more extreme fitbit'r than even csb. Hope the sleep sorts out. Waking up all night is the worst. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

re. detectiving, i googled bodybuilding.com this morning and clicked "images" because i was looking for something to use as a banner img, and as i scrolled down i saw my fully clothed before and after booty pic. o.o i realize the results are tailored to me and the results will change from day to day, but that was... unexpected, lol. when you guys get a chance, can you google bodybuilding.com, click images, and then scroll down until you (possibly/maybe) see this image
