    Question about fat loss efficiency

    In the past 6-7 months, I have gone from 280lbs severely obese to this very moment at 210lbs with my height being 6'2 at 18 years old right now. At the start of my weight loss, I was strict in the gym and I got some decent results. I had a family emergency that got me off track and I'm currently not sure what direction to take it. I have lost a significant amount of fat overall but I still do have some stomach, side, and chest fat I want to get rid of. I would like to get leaner and gain some muscle and I am not sure what kind of split between cardio and weight training I should go for along with any diet changes. Thank you for any advice possible

    Go with weight training and track your calories. Some cardio won't hurt, but don't rely on it for a deficit.
