MLJ looking great! I know it feels good.
Me on the other hand... I am losing .5-1lb a week. and i'm thinking i want to sped that up a bit. but it's nice not worrying about intake and still losing. So it's nice to know i can just live and lose. Now i want to expedite this process. I feel like the slow process is giving me much better results. My pants are pretty Huge (size 34) at 216, so I know i'll have pretty nice size when i get closer to 200. i use my belt as a gauge of how i'm doing. 34's are always loose int he waist, but at peak bulk i'm at 1 loop. but 200 i'm at 5, which is max. right now i'm on the cusp of hitting loop 4. pretty excited. I owe you gais pictures. soon.

Nothing. Snacks just make me hangry.
However If the chit is all over the fan and walls I eat an apple.
Pitched the last pair of relaxed fit 38's yesterday. Just my Carhartt and levis slim/shrunken fit 38's are left. Reckon Ill hit 226 on the scale in AM. @ tyler....Vegetables do the trick too. Some can hydrate you as well as supply vitamins and curb hunger.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

@MissLadyJ, you're in top form!
@Kure, don't let the ladies down.
@Gsx, no fulking, pls.
@NewPeople, hey!
@Znik, would love to see how the measurements at the end of your last cut compare to your measurements after this one.
@BradKemp, are you married now?

One of my last updates in the challenge thread below. I've been holding steady at 127.5lbs, and a few days ago I weighed 125.5 lbs post workout. My torso continues to slim down.
I rarely squat and when I do I use "light" weight. Stopped using the leg press because it was bothering my knee. Still doing other leg exercises but thighs are looking a bit too slender right now due to a bit of muscle atrophy. I prefer fuller thighs on me.
That update:
My tankini top made of nylon and spandex was a bit looser yesterday, and my arms were looking slimmer. I can still pinch about an inch of fat on the back of my arms. I'll be so happy when that goes!
I haven't been to the gym since last week due to an event that I attended plus some other issues going on here, but I'll head to the gym today. I'm not sure what I'll do yet. Maybe full body.
Throwing together an outfit quickly and feeling confident about the way I look in it - that's happening more and more. My only issue is with the heat and humidity. I have to wear lots of patterns so perspiration won't show. -.-
Random - a (edit: a low budget independent, fledgling) filmmaker at the film fest that I attended asked me if I would ever consider acting. I thought that was kind of funny b/c i don't look that great on camera plus my brother is a filmmaker and he never uses me. Well, he did but then he cut me out.
Another random happening - I decided to check out a pizza place with my family and one of the restaurant co-owners turned out to be Mike from the show Mike and Molly. (Relevant to this section's interests since both co-stars are obese.) He was there and it's a small place so he was thanking ppl for coming as they exited. I went over to chat with him and he was really warm and friendly... M&M will be taping their final 7 eps soon.
I'll probably go back again. The pizza was tasty.start where you are

Just checking in briefly...
In case anyone was wondering whether low testosterone can have a meaningful effect on your ability to build lean mass -- it does. Finally started TRT injections at the beginning of March. The last two months have been insane.Started in April, 2013 at 212 lbs. Completely inactive at the time. Fat with zero muscle mass.

Last free for all weekend before june & I still ended up almost another half inch down on the waist this morning.
I fail.
I couldn't even eat the fries that came with my hamburger in the restaurant because I was too full. LOL!
Oh then I accidentally walked 4 miles on my lunch.
The route I took curved just enough to set me going in a perpendicular direction to where I thought I was going.
needed google maps on my phone to figure out where the hell I was.

My digestive tract doesn't care about protein bars, doesn't affect me at all. During my bulks I've often had like 6-10 bars (cuz they are soo fkin good) a day and notice zero difference.
The kind that are a 100x better than those disgusting Quest bars, but you guys cannot get them over there as it's a Swedish/Scandinavian brand only so hah!My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:
