Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

I have to pop out for now but I wanted to wish you all a really happy holiday. Iβll be going to the malls over the weekend. I love the Christmas crowds, and hopefully Iβll see Star Wars. My baby niece will be here the first week in January and I have a Disney pass so I plan to take her to all the parks.

You can read the longer story but a good friend of mine whom just gave birth to her second child, had their car hit in a hit and run while she was delivering and now they have no car. The majority of my work lately has been educating people on fitness, and itβs left me 0 patience to explain it to various friends and family I havenβt heard from in forever for free #keepingitreal
Had a guy ask me the other day at work to advise him on how to reach 0% body fat :|
Managed to get the leanest of 2017 during the Holidays and have been 1 week at maintenance...doing 5 day deficit, 2 day maintenance diet starting today. Will stop once at ~20% body fat then FINALLY lean bulk.

doc said my hdl is high and asked me do i have some strange diet i sad yeah keto, he was like WTF is that.
anyhow for keto i think those are good results. im not trying to lose anything just testing how will my body respond to keto diet.I always tell the truth, even when I lie.
