We have so many shooters here in AZ our ranges are mega. Have another nice one like this to the south but a bit smaller. Great place to shoot and very inexpensive. When folks come in from out of town that shoot they are amazed, since good ranges are few and far between in many locations.

Massachusetts is pretty anti gun as a state. My whole family wishes we lived down south but it's so pretty here...and the water.


MLJ I love your hike pictures. LOVE. We live a couple hours away from NH and they have lots of falls and hiking trails. We try to do that a couple times a year. Never in the summer though...too muggy.

Hey all. Good to see you, GetSwoley. How are your eyes?

I won't be weighing in with the spreadsheet but public accountability does keep me in line so I'll report on my weight and various other signs of progress in the thread.

I saw 129.8 lbs yesterday but I haven't been able to stay in the 120s in about a year. I've been getting in a lot of gym time lately but little dietary indulgences here and there have been holding me back.

My self-perception is all over the place, especially when I'm bloated and I'm bloated a lot, primarily due to monthly fluctuations and hot weather... I'll get it together, tho. Didn't look so great out of clothes in the dressing room yesterday but I looked aight in them, lol. I bought some skirts. Stomach has been somewhat flat these last few mornings.

I'm counting on you guys to motivate me with tales of your own progress!

It seriously sucks, first time getting super low on bodyfat and I can't get a tan because there is no freaking sun. I refuse to go to tanning places because they are freaking expensive over here.

On a sad note, found out today I have cross veins on mah bicep and veins going to triceps. But they ain't visible normally because the skin is wrecked

They can't swim but they can float ashore / walk on the surface so it's a bad idea. What you want is a piece of land somewhere with only one entrance way where you can build a fortress and do some farming.

Never could get too worked up about new mexico, but I love the food there. So fuggin good.

Its good here in phx area, heat is like winter other places, but you can still drive to work. Not even bad until those periods of sustained over 110 which is usually not to long.

I miss the ocean though. Probably a genetic pull to the sea.

He touches on a lot of these techniques in his book, screwing the feet into the floor and tightening the joint capsule...pretty cool to see it in the perspective of a hypermobile athlete though! Just read Gray Cook say the same thing about motor control first.

Even though I wasn't a huge fan of Becoming a Supple Leopard, some of the techniques have really helped me for posture and such. Despite having compensation in the squat, creating the torque definitely feels more stable. I started doing it in all my movements now, even OHP.

Still smh over the fact I have been stretching over and over all this time to resolve tightness as I have been taught since a kid...not realizing the last thing a hypermobile person wants to do is push their end ranges of motion even more. PE teachers and coaches need to learn this!!
