Massachusetts is pretty anti gun as a state. My whole family wishes we lived down south but it's so pretty here...and the water.
MLJ I love your hike pictures. LOVE. We live a couple hours away from NH and they have lots of falls and hiking trails. We try to do that a couple times a year. Never in the summer though...too muggy.

Amateurs. I have family in the states that was fasting 18-19 hours (no water either), going to work and everything in triple digit weather for Ramadan las month.
I do not think you guys would survive a zombie apocalypse either than.
Sucks for you. I've got a plan and everything. Actually, I recently revised my Zombie Apocalypse plan. Instead of stealing a humvee and taking off into the forest to find a cave - I'm going to steal a boat and sail out to a small island.
I heard zombies can't swim. Maximum chance for survival.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;
Thus unlamented let me die;

They can't swim but they can float ashore / walk on the surface so it's a bad idea. What you want is a piece of land somewhere with only one entrance way where you can build a fortress and do some farming.

So funny it was the boonies in 1978, they were grazing sheep across the street.
Never could get too worked up about new mexico, but I love the food there. So fuggin good.
Its good here in phx area, heat is like winter other places, but you can still drive to work. Not even bad until those periods of sustained over 110 which is usually not to long.

Same happened to the town my mom used to live in up in NorCal, place called Vacaville.
He touches on a lot of these techniques in his book, screwing the feet into the floor and tightening the joint capsule...pretty cool to see it in the perspective of a hypermobile athlete though! Just read Gray Cook say the same thing about motor control first.
Even though I wasn't a huge fan of Becoming a Supple Leopard, some of the techniques have really helped me for posture and such. Despite having compensation in the squat, creating the torque definitely feels more stable. I started doing it in all my movements now, even OHP.
Are you hypermobile Ejnar?
Still smh over the fact I have been stretching over and over all this time to resolve tightness as I have been taught since a kid...not realizing the last thing a hypermobile person wants to do is push their end ranges of motion even more. PE teachers and coaches need to learn this!!
Can confirm >.<

THIS is why I hang out with you guys on the LF Chat. You're a bigger lunatic than I am.
I'm so jealous. If I was a man, with big muscles and a shotgun, I'd live in one of those dust covered serial killer houses in the middle of the woods that unsuspecting people get lost and drive into their territory.
I'd also have a goat - a highly suspicious one who'd sound the alarm every time a weirdo came driving through my village.
Guess who's going to be laughing on her lil island watching you while you try to run from the zombies? I'd bet with myself on whether you'd get eaten or not. And I'd win.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

It's a good book, srs.
Judging by your reply to DannPM I think you might win the lunatic title, thank god you are not a man.
And ill be laughing when I watch you get eaten when you are sleeping by a zombie that floated to your island, through my binoculars from my high security fortressMy story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

Wut O_o, and you're not even going to TRY to save me? Tut, tut. (let's not talk about how I'd do the same to Stingray -watching him get infected and turn green).
Oi! Vacaville has shopping outlets for the likes of Coach, Reebok, Nike etc. I've gone shopping there. Buy one get one free on things that are usually overpriced to begin with.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;
