    I'm not really sure yet. I'm just going to keep going until I'm uncomfortable with the body-fat level, then cut again.     Morning all!

    Lifting this morning and heading out to Newport RI for the weekend (FRi-Sun!). Walking everywhere will be in my next 3 days. And eating out all meals. And alcohol. So looking forward to the break from real life with some friends.

    Also, DannPM ....is it wrong to say my favorite picture is the dream bulk 195 picture? I know everyone is trying to get lean these days but I thought I'd chime in which was my favorite (though I'm completely aware that my opinion doesn't matter )

    Anyway....I'm off. Will check in when I can (morning coffee most likely).

    I think it's about creating an overall deficit by taking days where you don't eat.

    i weighed myself this morning and im up to 139.4 so i gained 10 pounds. Thats where I draw the line so i resumed cutting until its gone again unless i need a break in between for health reasons.
    Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 32 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

    Ha well, let me get abs first, then I'll post them. Just a flat stomach now, but weighted ab exercises will provide a turtle shell next time I cut off some fat!

    Thanks! This is why I train for myself and my goals and not others lol!!

    Plus I'm not sure what a lean 190+ would be like, but my previous 190+, hell my previous 170+, had my blood pressure needing medication to be controlled, it was like 150/85...and I was/am mid/late 20's. I don't have to take it anymore though, all back within normal range without it.

    One day i'll be a regular again in here... one day... Still cutting. Feeling good. Size is still there, so are love handles of peace (i know the feels ej).

    I'm sad i missed the celebrity roast of MrM27, Didn't realize they had those here.

    that norrix guy or whatever.... I hope he is successful. As a guy who recomped while still fat, I don't actually have a problem with that but i never thought i looked great at 278, and i was doing pull ups then. I hope he finds balance..
