Bastard UK Border Force !!!
Ordered some stuff fro PEScience directly again, because UK stocks are chit !! Ordered a single tub of protein, some ergonine & a tub of genoflex joint support, it's exactly the same thing I ordered last month that I had to pay import/customs charges on, I've ordered plenty of stuff from them, including protein before, never been a problem.....
My delivery finally came yesterday, was excited to finally try the new Gourmet Vanilla flavour protein, open my parcel, no protein, no genoflex, there in place was a seizure letter for me bringing into the country from outside the EU a product containing milk powder.....what da fuk !!! They didn't write down they'd robbed my genoflex on the letter either.
What pissed me off most is that there's no number to phone to have an absolute rage at someone in conversation, If I want to complain I have to send a letter !!!
I could understand the issue if it was me carrying in the goods personally, but what they've done is chit, didn't even think it was an issue as PES ship internationally, and they won't send me alphamine when I try to order it because it contains substances banned in the UK..... but protein powder ffs ?!
The protein I can do without, but the joint support stuff bastards.

Oh, and good morning all !
In other news, ordered new board shorts to try out, all my current ones are 36" waist, couldn't get into them when I first started training, now I've nearly had a few accidents in the gym where they end up falling down.
If I measure my waist properly then i'm a 31/32" waist, I've never ordered stuff that small, ended up ordering 34" again just to be safe !!!
Need to drive to the coast this evening & stay the night there with my parents, taking the dog back to the vets near where they stay to have his stitches out after getting him done, so hope the weather is nice, i'll take him for a walk then before heading home, the weather this time last year was fantastic !!!

Gotta love dat dere loose skin and lower(mid) body dominant fat storage.
Yes. More abs needed.
Yohimbine ban sucks, same over here. I can order protein powder but there is a limit of like 2kg or something.
In other news:
Got through the rest of the pics, these show the change far better, pic heavy:
Spoiler!
The back pic really shows the change, not bad for 28 days.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

After a cheat day of 1200 calories of candy and 400 calories of real food, (don't judge, on my monthly) i wooshed down 2lbs this morning after 12 hours of night sweats. Was invited out to a friend's birthday at a local bar and couldn't go because i was pouring buckets from my crown down.

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Aware. I can't frackin' stand them.
I'm harder on myself than anyone. But nobody gets a free pass. Especially us formerly obese.
On that note.. let's check to see if Serp has accomplished his goal of being a blimp?? Serp?
So what else have I missed other than GSXR being on his period, Nitro being a skunk and Ejnar laughing at him?Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;
Thus unlamented let me die;

What the heck were you eating to gain all that weight znik? Was it the pastries and the effects of binging from your last low body fat levels?

Uhm, everything I could find ? After I hit 246lbs or so (my usual bulk target) it started to get seriously hard to keep on gaining, a lot of chocolate, candy, sugary drinks, fatty food etc. was consumed.
After 260lbs I for the most part couldn't put on much more, took like weeks just to gain a pound or two.
Good job man.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

took me forever to get fat again.
then I kept going to snap city for non-lifting reasons and I blew up.
so last night I showed up in a form fitting T-shirt that was snug on the arms, chest, shoulders but loose on the mid-section along with some 34 jeans.
people noticed in my face and everywhere else.
feels good when your friends notice and start commenting on you look good.
plus the women who kind of ignored me two months ago kept interrupting my conversation with friends to flirt with me and try to get me to dance.
that doesn't surprise me though.
ugh.
hear you on that.
chicken and broc.
no wonder i'm losing weight, i lose my appetite when I think about the foods i'm allowed to eat.
try top-round lean steak.
130-140 cals per 4 oz.
with a little steak sauce.

I just picked up this for less than 60 bucks and its ready to go technically without a case and just a cheap power supply ram chip and a ssd (solid state drive) all of which I have laying around and linux os for free and dual boot with windows if you want. And way better than a raspberry pi pc.
