something happened today.
I sweat way too much on my walk and it kinda smelled more than usual.
by the time I got home my pants were feeling baggy.
hopped on the scale for the hell of it and i'm almost 2lbs lighter than this morning.
how does that happen?
guess i whooshed a little during the day?
I was chugging water like crazy.
hoping for more tomorrow morning.

Didn't do super compensation as that's like 7000-8000kcal for me, just a moderate refeed to boost levels a bit so the fat is not hat much of an issue but I still wanted to keep it minimal to avoid adding any fat on / hindering normal glycogen synthesis. On the 28th day I will do a proper one and aim for sub 50g fat.

Lol concerning the pizza. If you took before and after photos for the weight loss throw them up.

mid day whoosh. epic! mine usually happens at night which involves having to wash sheets and hourly trips to the bathroom >_<
i've been packing on water weight like nobody's business. lower abdomen and back look like the michelin man :[
but scale hasn't moved at all. i'm taking that as a fat loss indicator even though i look like i put on 10 pounds in the last week

Well ive upped my cals from 1400 to 1800 over the last 7 days and it looks like im at a true 139.2 from 152.2. I think I might keep hitting the cardio while staying at 1800 and work my way back to at least 132.0. I know ill gain a little when I go to Florida for 10 days in august so thats why I want to keep going. Im approaching being too light for the walmart electric carts again Haha.

What's your weather like now? Rain relenting yet?
We just had a record year of rain and this is the first warm / sunny week of the year. Going to live it up and go hiking this weekend up to an old firewatch.
Congratulations! I know you have to be feeling good right now.

now a new torture.
figuring out what size clothes to order for this beach wedding in june.
going by body-space measurements from 5yrs ago & my expected weight.......
i'd be in a size S guaberra shirt.
i may try the outlet mall specialty stores to see what they have.

Wtf, snow!?
Eh, I'll just transfer 7lbs from Mooretech. He hasn't posted as much as when he's sticking to his diet so he's probably gaining plenty to donate weight loss to me right about now
Haha! If it makes you feel any better, I have a wide ass waist so we could probably just about wear the same pants
So, what are your plans for this weight loss? Are you going to maintain or gain it all back drinking fruity cocktails and watching all the beach hunnies frolicking in the surf? I heard a lot of the resorts there include all-you-can-eat alcohol and food!! I'd be one of those girls with a muffin top bikini lmao.
One of my best friends from high school is having a wedding in DR too in August, but likely not going to be able to attend because no one to watch the kids . I'm jealous of you!!

Giant hips and ass FTW!
34 jeans ohhhh so tight. I hear the ladies like 'em that way but I can't get my wallet in the back pocket....
Plans? PSMF viking cut until end of may or my internal organ's fail.
Ideally 160 by mid june.
so I got a few extra weeks.
That's about 26lbs in two months and some change.
I don't see why I can't accomplish that.
Just not sure how much longer my body can take sub 1200 cal days before i feel like total chit.
i'm doing surprisingly well on 900-1000 a day with one cheat day & maybe one day at 1200.
Abs by then are a pipe dream.
that's 30-35lbs minimum for me.
Not sure my body will shed that much fat that quickly.
but hey, if it happens it happens.
Once there add 10lbs of all inclusive water weight.
Then come home & start a proper 3-2-1 lean bulk by counting bulk calories (weird I know).

So I know I haven't posted with this group in quite a long time, but I've known quite a few of you for some time on here and I just wanted to share my success as the Jan to March thread draws to a close.
I'm not done yet, but currently I'm the leanest I've ever been and the lowest weight I've ever obtained in my adult life.
Since many of you have supported me over the years and been long time supporters for me, I just wanted to share in the success you guys have helped me reach.
Big shoutout and thanks to Caprica, missladyj, kureransu, znik, nitrogen, stingray and any others I might have missed.
You guys all kept me going and everyone else working on bettering themselves. That's what I love about bodyspace and the FitFam we have on here.
This is only the beginning and we have a long glorious year ahead of us.

Hello everyone else
Tried to do 4 days in a row on 531 due to commitments over the holidays, burnt out, taken a week off lifting, ate this :
Was good, also had 5 red velvet cookies, put me in the region of 5,000 calories for the day, weight is still 185 lbs

This.
Meant my progess from 203-195 looks greater.
but maybe not.
my shoulders and chest are leaning out.
Either way, despite my low cals it doesn't look like i'm losing any muscle.
Let's see what next month brings.
Sick as a dog today.
didn't even bother weighing even though I came in at 900 cals last night with a solid 150g of prot.
Dayquill isn't touching this congestion at all.
Good thing it's my cheat day.
eating a blueberry bagel with cream cheese as I type this.
no beer as a treat this day.drinking and cold meds = insides hurt when I pee.
