I wish he'd post a video of a full set. His wording is vague but if he actually can squat 5 plates 20 times (and I could believe it - look at how fast and explosive he is) that's verging on some Tom Platz tier sh*t.

Why is it that "a plate" is 20kg? Every gym I've ever been in, as well as the olympics and powerlifting contests have them up to 25kg..

He looks pretty comfortable in his reps and his legs are absolutely massive so I suppose it is possible.

Here he is doing 405 lbs for near 20 with paused reps from a few weeks back...
