I hate to be the one to break the bad news, but those are satellites in orbit.
The inclination of the camera in relation to the horizon is such that the perspective makes it seem the objects are coming from the earth up. Rather, they are skimming the horizon and the high relative angle of the camera is giving the optical illusion of an earth-based ascent. It appears they are increasing their distance from the planet, but that is simply due to the curvature of the Earth. Srs....Your Signal Bingo
