Milk & Cookies Ice Cream
-2 scoops Whey-Smooth Milk & Cookies
-2 cups cashew milk
-1/2 cup cream
I'll have to figure out macros later but it's something like ~400 calories, ~50g protein, low carbs and fats.
Ingredients get blended together and just tossed into an ice cream maker for about 20-25mins. Sadly the cookie pieces didn't make it through the churning process but it didn't lose its flavor and was absolutely delicious and filled up that plastic container.
In the future, Oreos, cookies, brownies can be added as mix-ins for flavor. I didn't add them because I'm still cutting and I stay away from sugar as much as possible during a cut.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Finally am going to do some baking this weekend. Can't decide if I'm going to tweak some recipes I've been playing around with or just start going down the list in this thread.

Fruity Vanilla Caramel Pancakes!
Ingredients:
38g Kodiak Cake Mix
1/2 scoop Whey Smooth Vanilla Cupcake
1 Whole Large Banana, sliced right down the middle
1 Apple Slice, sliced extra thin (4 slices)
1oz blueberries
5g Redi-Whip
Walden Farms Caramel Dip (or syrup. I used dip).
Directions:
Pancakes Directions
- Mix Kodiak Cake mix with 1/3 cup of water. Stir to achieve desired consistency.
- Mix in 1/2 scoop of Vanilla Cupcake Whey Smooth. Add splash of water if necessary.
- Add 1oz blueberries. TIP! Gently squeeze blueberries before mixing them. Let's their juices out into the batter!
- Stir together.
- Place on skillet/griddle/etc. Cook till desired.
- Set aside
Caramel Apple Slices and Banana Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut apple slice into 4 thinner slices
- Lightly coat both sides of apple slices with Walden Farm's Caramel Dip/Syrup
- Place on non-stick foil.
- Put in oven. Set timer for 20 minutes.
- Slice banana right down the middle length-ways. Lightly coat one side with caramel syrup. GENTLY wrap in foil.
- At 10 minutes, take apples out and flip them. Put foil containing banana in oven.
- Cook another ten minutes, remove and let cool.
Arrange all ingredients as desired on pancakes, topping with 5g of Redi-Whip. I cut the banana slices width-wise after the oven and made a "sandwich" like this:
And then placed the other pancake on top with the apple slices:
Topped with Redi-Whip:
DELICIOUS!!!!!

this is a recipe that I have been experimenting with for a while still trying to perfect it
1 cut oat flour
10 scoops protein
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
.25 tsp baking soda
and depending on how fruity you want it add bananas, strawberries, blueberries and maybe 0.25 cup walnuts
this makes about 20 squares depending on how you cut them and if and how much fruit you put in them with each piece giving you about 15 g of protein per square! try and enjoy
