Biden won't debate him. No media outlets are going to carry his campaign events. It's somewhat doubtful if platforms will even agree to sell him advertising space.

The moment he starts mentioning "stolen election" on November 6 this time, one of the judges is going to yank his bail. He won't be a Canidate anymore, and they'll say he's inciting violence (same logic why everyone banned him after 2020).

The scariest part? If this drags on the down-ballot races, the senate map won't give them a chance to take a majority there again until 2028 or 2030. Clarence Thomas is 75 and Alito is 73. The odds are high that the Supreme Court would flip before they could regain control of the senate.

If it's Trump vs. Biden it's going to be very close, but after the 2020 and 2022 results it seems unlikely Trump can win WI, GA, AZ, or PA. Doesn't mean all is lost for the GOP because standard GOP candidates tend to outperform Trump and Trump candidates. For example: Brian Kemp vs Trump candidate Walker in GA in 2022 and the GOP winning both GA senate seats on election day in 2020 by outperforming Trump and only losing them in the runoff in January after Trump's election tantrum. Desantis is the only other republican with a realistic chance of beating Trump in the primary, tho atm it doesn't look promising as he's down 30 points. However, in 2008 both Guliani and Hillary had sizeable summer leads before eventually losing to McCain and Obama, respectively. So it's possible and if Desantis can brand himself as a "normal" republican he has a strong chance of winning imo
