really needed some veggies to clear my headache. super random n easy
chicken powder + hot water + all the veggies
got a baby piece of ribeye to post later, first steak to hit the new cast iron

Salmon with potato, brussel sprouts, bacon, and blue cheese
The leftovers made:
Salmon salad with dill on triscuits
Short ribs, sweet potato, green beans
Steak buritto
Yeah, they're a staple I buy in bulk. Other than that, it's usually the meat and produce that's fresh or on sale.

All my meals today...
Massive Proatmeal bowl topped with walnut butter, blueberries, cashewmilk, coconut whipped cream, and kamut puffs
Air fried Veggie satay lavash roll-ups with veggie Deli slices and PB2 peanut sauce inside
Almond butter protein bar, Greek yogurt with chocolate protein, and more puffed cereal for the yogurt
Homemade tempeh pad Thai and veggies

Bro, you would not fuking believe how similar our meals are. My breakfast is literally the exact same but with pb instead of walnut butter & rice krispies instead of Kamut puffs. I also have a protein bar & Greek yogurt with whey & cereal everyday for a snack, & I even do similar mini wraps but with melty natty pb instead of pb 2! The only thing that's way different from what I eat is the Tempeh pad Thai. I've never tried my hand at pad Thai, but I have literally all the ingredients on hand, so I might take a crack at it tonight.
I've never had walnut butter, but I love pumpkin spice & that sounds undeniably HNNNG! How does walnut butter compare to say PB, cashew, or almond butter?
