Actually that's the first i'm i've EVER made homemade phad thai... it was extremely good!! And, the sauce was just a combination of PB mixed with sriracha, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and liquid aminos!!
I've only had that spiced Walnut Butter they had but honestly it was kind of similar to almond butter in texture. It cannot beat PB, but it was pretty solid.. just overpriced =o)
BUT... if you really want a mouth-gasm from those oats, it's the coconut redi whip that is key... it has SUCH a good flavor, much better than the regular whipped sutff.
Basically the layering goes:
Oat + Protein Powder...
Cashewmilk....
Peanut Butter....
Blueberries.....
Coconut Whip.....
and finally Puffed Cereal.
Something about how the whip mixes with the cereal flavor, and then you get some blueberry, some PB, a tiny bit of oats... hnng"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

I think pretty darn good.
Shape is a little wonky due to me only having a knife to cut them out. So I just tried some different shapes/let happen what was gonna happen.
Just made simple cinnamon sugar for half and my fiance had some cream cheese frosting she made for the others.
Pretty fluffy.
Next time I'm just gonna use yeast as the leaven.Misc Pizza King:

Nice work on the doughnuts....
I came home a different route today and stopped at the Amish bakery near me.
I'm talking plywood floor no lights Amish bakery....Their quality has gone down hill so bad I couldn't believe how bad it was.
I bought sausage bread and chocolate peanut butter brownies....Ill never go backRetired...no smartphone....no neighbors......just holes...

The Government stepped in and made them regulate the business to "English" standards.
I sorta see the point because of food allergies to certain ingredients..
They have to have food labels now, it lost all the charm of the backwoods dirt floor Amish appeal IMO.
Less butter...more oil...the whole thing is down the tubes...Big chain stores bakeries tastes as good...
