^^^^^^^^^^I just ate, but now I'm hungry again!^^^^^^^^^^
My wife gets credit for today's Post-WorkOut meal---her version of Huevos Rancheros---a large buttered tortilla shell placed in a ramekin, and filled with black beans, seasoned rice, 3 kinds of cheese, topped with two eggs and then baked in the oven. Accompanying was fried taters, cornbread, bacon, and a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.

We both enjoy cooking, but she cooks all the 'egg' meals I post here while I cook the rest of them.
The secret to muh gainz, bruh!
Lulz. I'll snap a pic, look at it, and see the silverware is skewed all over the place even though IRL it looks fine. I'll move it a bit, snap another pic, and finally just call it good.
That glassful provides an additional 16 grams of high-quality protein to whatever is included in the solid foods, along with all the vitamins/minerals it contains. Plus, it tastes great with just about everything. Other than an occasional can of Vernor's, we don't consume sodas, and we avoid alcohol. Coffee is about the only other thing we drink regularly here besides milk.
The ice tea spoon allowed me to access the remaining salsa from the bottom of the jar.No brain, no gain.

No, just plain cow's milk. Protein content is the same for skim, 2% and whole---1 gram per ounce.
I prefer 2% over skim for it's better flavor, and over whole because I'd rather "spend" my day's calorie allowance on other choices such as meat, cheeses, salad dressings, pasta, potatoes, dark chocolate, etc.No brain, no gain.

Post-WorkOut meal, courtesy of my carbon steel wok, was sweet & sour chicken along with a glass of milk. And while it would be tough for me to choose a 'favorite' meal, this one would have to be at or right near the top of the list.
No brain, no gain.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a veg-fest of spaghetti squash with homemade marinara, a tasty blue cheese salad with some peppery radishes, garlic toast, and a glass of milk.
There are plenty of other good sources of animal protein.
Not sure what you're drinking that lasts a month; pasteurized cow's milk, kept at proper temp in the fridge, would be pretty nasty by then.No brain, no gain.

Had Thanksgiving dinner away from home yesterday, so today's Post-WorkOut meal was another one; turkey, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes (!), dressing, green beans, cranberry salad, and a glass of cold milk.
No brain, no gain.
