Today's Post-WorkOut meal was eggs, bacon sausage, a homemade biscuit using the last of our fresh rosemary, a bowl of tasty cheese grits, and a glass of milk.

Had Thanksgiving dinner away from home yesterday, so today's Post-WorkOut meal was another one; turkey, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes (!), dressing, green beans, cranberry salad, and a glass of cold milk.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was one I don't often prepare just for myself due to the long prep time followed by the long kitchen cleanup time---Salisbury steak, mashed Idahos with mushroom gravy (!), green beans, and a glass of milk. Worth every minute of the time required.
