Today's Post-WorkOut meal was chicken, rice, and veggies accompanied by a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was one I don't often prepare just for myself due to the long prep time followed by the long kitchen cleanup time---Salisbury steak, mashed Idahos with mushroom gravy (!), green beans, and a glass of milk. Worth every minute of the time required.
No brain, no gain.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a pair of eggs, cheese grits, maple syrup-baked bacon, toast, and a glass of milk. The bacon was akin to meat candy.
No brain, no gain.

Because I rarely post in here.
1 pound of 85/15 ground beef, mushrooms, onions; tossed into some tortillas a lot of cheese. I keep it simple.
Happiness is a mouthful of meat.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a steaming bowl of our currently-favorite soup---brokkoli, cheese, and potato. Accompanying was a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal will give the sugar nazis a conniption fit; french "toast" made from homemade banana bread topped with real maple syrup. Accompanying was some sausage and a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.

QFT
That (people starving) is a particularly sore point with me. Even in this country, the richest in the world, I'll bet that within a mile or two of the home of even the richest billionaire in the US, there's at least one little kid who goes to bed hungry every night. And Heaven knows, the people who are running this country right now don't give a **** about that kid; it's up to us to do something about it.
Sorry about the OT rant, but like I said, it's a personal sore point. No brain, no gain.
