    I got it covered.

Today's dinner is 7oz of wild sockeye, sweet potato, baked zucchini, and tomato with parmesan on top. ;o)

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was one I don't often prepare just for myself due to the long prep time followed by the long kitchen cleanup time---Salisbury steak, mashed Idahos with mushroom gravy (!), green beans, and a glass of milk. Worth every minute of the time required.

    No brain, no gain.

Breakfast for dinner: eggs over-med, roasted potatoes, mushrooms, tomato, spinach... plenty of seasonings.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a bowl of white bean chicken chili, garlic toast, and a glass of milk to douse the flames.

    No brain, no gain.

    keep all the yolks too?
When it comes to rep power, just remember this. Better red than dead. Your reps mean squat in real life. Just thank the lord that you have your health.

Yes. The yolk contains almost half the protein content of the egg along with all the other good stuff that eggs contain.

And, if you're like me, the idea of wasting food while kids starve to death around the world is seriously messed up.

If you wanna buy egg white cartons thats fine -- they use the yolks they separate -- but I really dislike when people just toss yolks.

    QFT

That (people starving) is a particularly sore point with me. Even in this country, the richest in the world, I'll bet that within a mile or two of the home of even the richest billionaire in the US, there's at least one little kid who goes to bed hungry every night. And Heaven knows, the people who are running this country right now don't give a **** about that kid; it's up to us to do something about it.

Sorry about the OT rant, but like I said, it's a personal sore point.
